BennyGregs is a Melbourne-based presenter, creative director, producer and community builder known for creating high-energy live experiences and building platforms that empower the next generation of artists and creatives.

With over 10 years of experience across entertainment, media and live events, Benny has worked with more than 1,000 emerging artists throughout Australia, helping create opportunities through performance, storytelling and community-driven experiences.

He is the founder of Futuration, a live entertainment and artist development brand focused on helping young performers build confidence, professionalism and industry experience through world-class live productions and creative mentorship. Under Benny’s direction, Futuration has already delivered two sold-out shows, becoming one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing creative entertainment experiences for emerging artists.

Benny is also the co-founder of That Creative Hub, a creative studio and community space based in Tullamarine designed to provide affordable, professional opportunities for young creators, musicians and entrepreneurs to connect, collaborate and create.

Alongside building his own brands, Benny has travelled internationally presenting, producing content and working across large-scale events, festivals and entertainment experiences. His work spans photography, videography, live production, creative strategy and presenting, bringing a unique blend of creativity, energy and leadership into every project.

Throughout his career, Benny has worked with major brands and organisations including Porsche, Deakin University, Movie World, Topgolf and Festival X, while also MCing major community events including the Manningham Carols in front of crowds exceeding 15,000 people.

At the centre of Benny’s work is one mission: Building spaces where people feel seen, inspired and capable of becoming more of themselves.

Creative Director & Coach

Cassie McIvor is an internationally experienced vocalist, creative director and artist mentor who has performed across some of the world’s most recognised stages, productions and live entertainment experiences.

Working across theatre, cabaret, circus and large-scale live events, Cassie has headlined performances for Crown, Disney, Universal Studios, Live Nation, Fox Sports, Hapag Lloyd and the 2012 London/Sochi Olympics, alongside international venues including the Friedrichsbau Varieté and Café de Paris.

Cassie gained national recognition on Season 10 of The Voice Australia with her powerful rendition of It’s All Coming Back To Me Now, which has since amassed over 7 million views online.

She currently tours with Symphony, Australia’s largest dance and light show, performing global dance anthems backed by a 48-piece orchestra. Her performances have featured at some of Australia and New Zealand’s most iconic venues including the Myer Music Bowl, Margaret Court Arena, Sydney Opera House Forecourt, Spark Arena and the Grand Opening of the W Hotel Sydney.

Cassie has also become a familiar face within major sporting events, performing televised national anthems at the MCG in front of 96,000 people during the AFL Finals, alongside appearances at the Cox Plate and Caulfield Cup.

Alongside her performance career, Cassie is deeply passionate about artist development and mentoring emerging creatives. She currently serves as Vocal Director for Spectrum Global Arts and previously worked as Musical Director at Ministry of Dance.

Her career has also seen her collaborate with artists including Behani, Tottie Goldsmith and internationally renowned performer Reuben Kaye, while previously holding the role of Musical & Resident Director for Viva Melbourne.

Cassie continues to coach and mentor artists for upcoming seasons of The Voice and Australian Idol, bringing her wealth of live performance and industry experience into the next generation of Australian talent.

Musical Director

Sam Ainslie is a Melbourne-based guitarist, arranger, musical director, and producer with over a decade of international experience across theatre, touring, studio recording, live performance and music production. Originally from the UK, Sam has built a career spanning West End theatre, international touring, large ensemble arranging, and contemporary live production.

His performance credits include major Australian productions such as Beetlejuice, Sister Act, Chicago, Elvis: A Musical Revolution, 9 to 5 and Fun Home, alongside West End and international productions including Pippin, Curtains, Hair, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Wedding singer and Saturday Night Fever. He has also toured throughout regional Victoria alongside Casey Donovan.

Alongside his theatre work, Sam developed his arranging background within London’s jazz and big band scene, writing for ensembles including the National Youth Jazz Orchestra and the Duke Street Big Band. As a performer, he has appeared at venues including Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club and Cadogan Hall with acclaimed UK swing ensemble Down for the Count.

Sam previously served as Musical Director aboard P&O Cruises’ flagship Britannia, arranging and producing large-scale theatre and guest entertainment productions for international artists.

He is also the founder and director of MLB Entertainment, overseeing musical direction, orchestration, playback production, and live show programming for corporate events, showcases, and contemporary productions across Australia.

Known for his stylistic versatility and attention to detail, Sam combines traditional musicianship with modern production techniques to create polished, high-energy live performances.

Founded by professional musician Sam Ainslie, MLB Entertainment was created to raise the standard of live event entertainment. Having performed internationally in some of the UK’s leading bands in and around London & the West End. Sam brings first hand experience of what truly works on stage and elevates every performance.

MLB specialises in high end, fully produced live shows featuring Australia’s finest musicians. Every act is created in house, with bespoke musical arrangements, custom backing tracks and carefully curated lineups designed to deliver a seamless and unforgettable experience.

This year, for the first time, Futuration will feature not just one or two choreographers, but multiple industry-leading choreographers across different styles, creative directions and performance experiences, giving dancers the opportunity to learn from a diverse range of creatives throughout the production process.

Lighting Designer

Bodhi is a lighting designer and live production creative with extensive experience delivering large-scale events, festivals, tours and theatrical productions across Australia and internationally.

Having worked on over 500 live shows before the age of 18, Bodhi quickly established himself as one of the emerging young creatives within the live entertainment industry, known for his technical precision, creative vision and ability to operate within high-pressure live environments.

His design and production credits span some of Australia’s most recognised venues and stages, including Rod Laver Arena and major touring productions nationwide. Throughout his career, Bodhi has worked alongside internationally recognised artists and performers including Fisher, Jessica Mauboy, Baker Boy and Rob Mills.

Alongside artist touring and live music productions, Bodhi has operated and programmed shows for some of Australia’s leading entertainment brands and organisations including Untitled Group, Ultra Australia, Triple J, Channel 7 and Treaty.

His experience stretches across festivals, arena shows, corporate productions, theatre and broadcast environments, bringing a unique understanding of how lighting, atmosphere and live production combine to create unforgettable audience experiences.

Today, Bodhi continues to travel nationally and internationally working across major live events and productions while contributing his creativity and technical expertise to the next generation of Australian entertainment experiences.

Video Designer

Finnegan is the Head of Labyrinth Studios and an internationally experienced visual designer and creative director known for delivering immersive visual experiences across live entertainment, festivals and theatre productions.

Recognised for his custom visuals, cinematic design style and strong creative direction, Finnegan has built a reputation for creating large-scale visual worlds that elevate live performances into unforgettable audience experiences.

His credits span some of Australia’s most iconic venues including the Sydney Opera House and The Forum, alongside major productions and touring shows both nationally and internationally.

Finnegan is also the lead visual designer behind acclaimed festivals including Sonder and Smalltown, helping shape the identity, atmosphere and creative storytelling of these large-scale cultural events.

Beyond the festival space, his portfolio includes collaborations and production work with global brands and entertainment leaders including Netflix and Mushroom Group, as well as theatrical productions that have toured throughout Australia and across the United States.

Working across live music, theatre, festivals and broadcast entertainment, Finnegan brings a deep understanding of visual storytelling, audience engagement and production design, combining technical execution with bold creative vision.

Today, he continues to push the boundaries of immersive visuals and live experience design while contributing to some of Australia’s most exciting entertainment and creative productions.

Production Manager

With an extensive background spanning live entertainment, performing arts, major events, and sports activation, Sonia Roarty is an experienced entertainment and events professional known for delivering engaging audience experiences and high-quality event execution across Australia.

Over a career spanning more than three decades, Sonia has worked across live performance, corporate events, sporting events, hospitality, and brand entertainment, building a reputation for professionalism, creativity, and exceptional client service within Australia and internationally. Her experience ranges from venue and event management to performance coordination, talent liaison, stage management, choreography, and large-scale entertainment operations.

Sonia has worked with some of Australia’s leading entertainment, sporting, and media brands including Nickelodeon, Warner Bros., Nintendo, DreamWorks, Disney, Tennis Australia, NOVA Entertainment, and Crown Resorts, contributing to performances, activations, live events, and immersive audience experiences both nationally and internationally.

As Founder and Director of Cheer Factor All Stars, Sonia successfully grew the business from 50 to over 300 athletes while leading choreography, production, entertainment programs, and large-scale showcases. She also developed performance programs for schools across Victoria and worked extensively in live event entertainment and youth performance development.

More recently, Sonia has continued to expand her expertise through roles with the Victoria Racing Club, premium hospitality and corporate events, and the Australian Grand Prix, where she managed corporate host teams, celebrity movements, guest experiences, and front-of-house event operations for high-profile clients and major live events.

Passionate about creating memorable experiences, Sonia brings a dynamic blend of entertainment industry knowledge, operational leadership, relationship management, and creative energy to every project she undertakes.
