Welcome to FUTURATION. By accessing this website, purchasing tickets, applying for programs, submitting applications, attending events, or engaging with any FUTURATION services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
FUTURATION is operated by BGGROUPAU PTY LTD.
1. GENERAL
FUTURATION is an entertainment, artist development and live events platform designed to support emerging performers, creatives and artists through events, workshops, performances, mentorship opportunities and digital content.
By using this website, you confirm that:
• You are at least 16 years old, or have parent/guardian consent
• You agree to comply with these Terms
• You understand FUTURATION reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without notice
2. APPLICATIONS & PARTICIPATION
Submitting an application to FUTURATION, including the FUTURATION Academy, events or live productions, does not guarantee acceptance or participation.
FUTURATION reserves the right to:
• Approve or deny applications at its discretion
• Remove participants who breach conduct expectations
• Adjust program structures, schedules, venues or inclusions where required
• Refuse participation where behaviour is considered unsafe, inappropriate, abusive or damaging to the community
Applicants are responsible for ensuring all information submitted is accurate and truthful.
3. PAYMENTS & FEES
All pricing displayed on the website is in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments for programs, workshops, memberships, tickets or services:
• Are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• May be subject to payment plans or recurring direct debits
• Must be paid on time to maintain participation eligibility
• May incur additional processing fees from third-party providers
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or cancellation of access to FUTURATION services or events.
4. TICKETS & EVENTS
Tickets purchased for FUTURATION events are subject to availability.
FUTURATION reserves the right to:
• Change event dates, venues, performers or schedules
• Cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns or low ticket sales
• Refuse entry to attendees displaying unsafe, aggressive, intoxicated or inappropriate behaviour
Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, tickets are non-refundable.
5. MEDIA RELEASE & CONTENT USAGE
By attending FUTURATION events, workshops or productions, you acknowledge and agree that photography, videography and audio recordings may occur.
FUTURATION and BGGROUPAU PTY LTD reserve the right to use captured content for:
• Marketing and promotional purposes
• Social media
• Advertising campaigns
• Website and media distribution
• Television, streaming and digital content
Participants waive any rights to compensation or ownership relating to media captured during FUTURATION activities unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All FUTURATION branding, logos, graphics, written materials, event concepts, digital assets, videos and website content remain the intellectual property of BGGROUPAU PTY LTD unless otherwise stated.
Users may not:
• Copy or reproduce content without written permission
• Use FUTURATION branding for commercial purposes
• Re-sell or redistribute materials created by FUTURATION
7. COMMUNITY STANDARDS
FUTURATION is committed to creating a safe, inclusive and respectful environment.
Bullying, harassment, discrimination, abuse, intimidation or unsafe behaviour toward staff, participants, attendees or contractors will not be tolerated.
FUTURATION reserves the right to remove individuals from events, programs or online communities without refund where conduct breaches these expectations.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUTURATION and BGGROUPAU PTY LTD are not liable for:
• Personal injury
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Missed opportunities, income or business loss
• Technical interruptions or website outages
• Third-party service failures
Participation in FUTURATION activities is at the individual’s own risk.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
This website may include links to third-party platforms including payment processors, ticketing systems, social media platforms or external websites.
FUTURATION is not responsible for the content, policies or operations of third-party services.
10. PRIVACY
