Futuration is a live entertainment and artist development platform designed for singers, performers and creatives ready to take their artistry seriously.

Is Futuration a music school?

No.
Futuration is not a traditional music school or passive learning environment. We focus on real-world performance experiences, mentorship, creative development, confidence building and helping artists learn how to operate professionally within the entertainment industry.

Is Futuration only for singers?

No.
While many participants are singers and performers, Futuration welcomes creatives, dancers, musicians and artists who align with the culture and mission of the community.

What is the main Futuration show?

The main Futuration production is a large-scale live entertainment experience featuring emerging artists, live production, choreography, musicians, media and immersive staging.
Think live performance meets cinematic production.

Where are Futuration events held?

Futuration operates across multiple venues and creative spaces throughout Melbourne and beyond.
Futuration 2026 will be hosted at The Timber Yard in Port Melbourne, one of Melbourne’s most iconic industrial event spaces.

What kind of culture does Futuration have?

Is Futuration competitive?

What happens if someone behaves disrespectfully?

We have zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, unsafe behaviour or toxic conduct.
Futuration reserves the right to remove participants who negatively impact the culture or safety of the community.

Will I perform live?

Most Futuration experiences include some form of live performance, rehearsal or filmed content opportunity.
This may vary depending on the specific experience or event.

Will I receive feedback?

Yes.
We believe growth comes from honest, constructive feedback, not empty praise.
Participants can expect guidance, reflection and direction throughout their experience.

Is this only about performing?

No.

Do I need an audition?

Is there a membership or payment plan?
Some programs, including Futuration Academy, may operate via memberships, subscriptions or payment plans.

Are payments refundable?

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are generally non-refundable due to production and operational costs.

Is Futuration suitable for younger artists?

Yes.

Parent or guardian consent may be required for participants under 18.

Can parents attend shows?

Absolutely.
Families and supporters are an important part of the Futuration community and live event experience.

Will I be filmed or photographed?

Futuration experiences often include professional media coverage for marketing, storytelling and artist development purposes.

Can I use the content on my own socials?

In most cases, yes.
We love seeing artists share and celebrate their journey.
